30-day returns
We want you to be happy with your gear. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email contact@geargrabberusa.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please don't ship items back without instructions.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email contact@geargrabberusa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay return shipping.
Return shipping & refund timing
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
