Shipping Policy

Processing & delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders arrive within 10-15 business days after they ship. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking & shipping cost

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Shipping is free on all US orders. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email contact@geargrabberusa.com with your order number and we'll resolve it.

Address changes & questions

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. To change it, email contact@geargrabberusa.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Any other shipping questions? Email us and a real person will answer.
